I went in for tires ,battery, wiper blades and an oil change on July 27, 2022. I first went in for a tire that had a slow leak and had to get a new one. Went in on the 27th and found out the new tire had a screw in it so I ended up buying 5 tires in all. The service department was wonderful. Anthony and Toby were great. Everyone is always friendly! Service is good and trust the work. Usually, the service tech is very good calling about updates. Not this time. Didn't hear at all the first day and I had to call twice the second day to check on status.
The service advisor who worked with me this time was much more personable and helpful than before. It looked to me as if there has been some changes in the service advisor department.
Logan Rauch was one of the best service writers I have ever dealt with. He was very accommodating which is hard to find in today’s society.

The people here are very nice and upfront about everything. They didn't try to hid any over priced items in my contract. All added items on my purchase were laid out in front of me. I bought a very specific vehicle from another dealership and needed something done for a "fit and finish" issue that was both annoying and would have become problematic over time. Horne got me right in and took care of the issue on the spot. They also re-programmed a factory setting that required a technician and computer to modify that was not the way I wanted it while I waited. Alex at their service desk was great to work with. Highly recommend giving additional business to them.

Horne Ford has done a pretty good job caring for my F150 Diesel. The recent problem is that it had an exhaust leak in the cab and elsewhere. The outside of the rear of the truck has exhaust stains on the tailgate especially. It does not want to come off. I have had diesels since 1993 and have never had this problem. I am sure it is due to the exhaust leak that has now been fixed. My problem is that I feel they should have removed those stains from the back of the truck.
